Personal Training

We offer Personal Training Sessions where you can spend an hour with a member of the Fitness Staff as you work your way around the gym.

We'll advise you on exercise techniques and help develop you that bit further. Whether you want to lose some weight; Drop a few inches off your tummy; Improve your stamina for a half-marathon or get more mobility back after an accident or illness we are on-hand to help. These and any other goals can all be achieved in many different ways. Personal Training gives us the chance to work with you one-to-one to deliver the best you can get.

We only employ the best and all our Personal Trainers are on the Register of Exercise Professionals at level 3.

The sessions are charged at an hourly rate and need to be booked with your trainer. Please contact your local Active Gym today for further details.
