Food and Beverage Shift Manager - Job Description
Based at Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre
£16,206- £18,297 per annum
37 hours per week including evenings and weekends

You will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the day to day running of the on site café/bar and vending operation and deputise in their absence. You will assist in ensuring that the food and beverage team are motivated to acquire given targets within the budget and company standards as well as excellent customer care skills.
You will have a relevant NVQ level 2 or equivalent and significant experience of working in a catering environment. In addition, you will have experience of supervising a team and hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate.
