Something to get your Heart Racing
New Spin Class starting Thursday 31st July at Kingswood Leisure Centre. Come along and try this session which starts at 8.15pm and lasts 45 minutes.
To put it simply, Spinning is Aerobics on bikes: bikes which don't move. Using the tempo of the music our instructor leads from the front and varies the pace and level throughout the session. Each bike is individually set up for the person using it, so people of any fitness level can take part in the same class.
