Group exercise is the way to go! That's not just what we say; it's what you've told us. Taking exercise with others is fun and you feed off the energy that is generated. Do you sometimes lose motivation? Research has now shown that people who take part in group exercise classes are more likely to stay active over time - it becomes part of your social life and a good habit too.
You can take part in Aerobics, Step, Circuit Training, Aquafit... and we've now got Spinning too... aerobics on stationary bikes.

All our instructors are fully qualified and trained to ensure anyone of any fitness level can join in. You can work at your own pace, whether that is gently or going for a really high tempo.
