Fitness Classes

Introducing, Active Fitball, our brand new Fitness Class designed for anyone who wishes to strengthen and tone their body.  

Active Fitball classes are carried out under the close guidance of an Active Fitness Instructor and are ideal for strengthening your core muscles and toning the tummy, lower back and buttocks.  This class not only provides an all over tonal body workout, but being based around the use of a Fitball will also help improve your balance.

Each class runs for 45minutes and individuals are encouraged to work to their own ability and at their own pace.

All our instructors are fully qualified and trained to ensure anyone of any fitness level can join in. You can work at your own pace, whether that is gently or going for a really high tempo.
