What is Pilates?

Pilates are gentle exercises that improve flexibility, help strengthen and shape the body and can relieve stress and anxiety.  The exercises are based around controlled movement and are ideal for everyone as it helps to reduce stiffness in the muscles.  Pilates is also ideal for helping women regain their shape after pregnancy as it especially provides results in the abdominal area.
